What is career coaching?
Currently I only offer individual career coaching - if you are an organisation do contact me to discuss proposals. I believe that as an individual you can be in several stages Transition: You are situated within an organisation & want to make a transition. How you do this depends which program is right for you. If you like the work you do now, & just want to change role more effectively, then Get Hired Now! is the right program for you If you don't like your work, or are ambivalent towards it, then you need to work out what you do want. Career Kickstart is the right programme for you. Alternatively, it may be that you have made changes that mean you need the extra support of working with a coach, in which case Transition Success will work for you - if you have just been promoted, changed jobs etc Search: You can also as an individual be outside a formal work situation and looking to get into the job market, either for the first time or to re-enter the job market, for instance after redundancy, career break or maternity leave. Again, either Get Hired Now! or Career Kickstart could be right for you, depending on your personal situation.
