Hi, I'm Claire Chapman & I want to tell you a bit about me and my coaching.

Who I am as an individual comes through loud and clear in the way that I coach with a strong sense of personal integrity, belief in results, focus and belief in the potential of individuals.

I experienced coaching when I needed to work on some development issues in my life.  I’m still benefiting myself from moving on and putting heart and soul into my coaching.  The tools that were offered to me fitted in with my own approach to life.  Which is to get results and enjoy the career that’s the right fit.

Unlike other careers that I’ve had, coaching instinctively feels right for me.  I’m comfortable and confident in working with clients and it shows in the comments they make about me.

They reflect what I see as my purpose – to connect and support people around me.  What I want for my clients is to help them discover the ideal career for them and a hassle free, well planned approach to getting it.

I’ve taken the time to train to be able to offer the right support to my clients – my qualifications are:

•  International Coach Federation ACC

• Diploma in Life Coaching from The Coaching Academy in the UK,

• Associate Career Coach certification from The Career Coach Institute

• Diploma in Performance Coaching

What this tells you is that you are working with a professional coach with the tools and techniques to move you forward in reaching your vocation.

My clients say that I help them because I offer support, structure, and have the ability to ask the right questions at the right time.  When you work with me I want you to have that ‘WOW’ reaction when you find the insight that will last a lifetime.
