Most coaches I know got involved in coaching because they LOVE working with people & helping them discover their WOW. 

There is nothing more satisfying than hearing the "aha" in a clients voice that tells you they've just moved forwards on their personal journey of discovery.

But what about your own journey?

If you are a new or trainee coach you may be feeling:

• Like it's an impossible dream to get all the coaching hours you need
• Overwhelmed by all the possible things you COULD do - and which you NEED to do for your accreditation
• Like it's been a long time since you did formal learning and you're just not certain how to structure your learning plans.
• That you're struggling to fit in all your responsibilities - family / home / coaching
• Isolated & lacking a network to help you grow as a coach.
• Not sure if your coaching is "up to scratch"

You CAN achieve your goal of completing your coach training...with support, encouragement & feedback.

• We start you off with a half day workshop in Nottingham focused on defining your personal vision, creating goals for the next 10 year period & defining what will move you forwards in the next 3 months.
• At the live workshop you'll meet 8 other coaches in the same position as you - learning & wanting to grow professionally.  There will be 3 opportunities to triad coach on the day so you can start gaining feedback on your coaching style from the word go.
• By the end of the live workshop you'll have interacted with all the course participants.  From this you'll work with 2 other coaches to agree times to triad coach throughout the 3 months of the group - you can then use these hours towards your coaching requirements.
• You can also take the advantage through the website of listening to any of the calls that you've participated in as a coach - listening to your own calls will help you spot opportunities & think about any further training needs

And that's not all...

As well as the live workshop, ability to create triads with your fellow participants, you'll also have:

• Access to an interactive members website where you can post questions, ask for feedback & track progress.
• 2 group coaching calls a month where we can share successes as a group, learn from experiences & think about "what's next"
• Skype / Call in slots once a week (dependent on availability)
• Gain coach specific resources & recommendations based on my learning's both as a coach & as an ongoing "life learner"
